Star and Cici were relaxing on the bed talking until Cici playfully tickled Star during their conversation. The feisty Star prepares to defend herself from the tickles with her own tickle attack on Cici. The girls begin a very playful tickle fight, wrestling around on the bed giggling and attempting to tickle the other.
During their struggle the girl's dresses fail to cover the bright white diapers that both the girls are wearing underneath. The tickle fight lasts for some time until Star has Cici pinned underneath her, during which she tickles Cici until she accidentally wets her diaper.
The fight is quickly over once the humiliated Cici begins to pout over her now wet diaper. Star attempts to make up for causing Cici to wet herself by changing her into a fresh diaper. After Cici's diaper is changed both the girls are giggling with each other once again.
