Alisha hasn't properly used her diaper in days, so Mr. W locks her in the pillory to get her cleaned out. After pulling down her diaper, he inserts the inflatable nozzle. After ten solid pumps, Alisha is already feeling desperately full.

Two quarts of soapy water slowly drains into Alisha's bottom after the valve is opened. It's slow at first, prompting Mr. W to check the valve multiple times. Once the pressure overcomes the blockage, however, it begins to flow normally.

Alisha knows she can't hold the enema for the prescribed hour, so she asks for the plug to remain in place. She doesn't want to spend the next month in diapers for losing control. After several agonizing minutes, she gives up and pleads to have the nozzle removed.

Mr. W deflated and removes the nozzle before refastening her diaper. It only takes a moment before Alisha loses control and floods the diaper. Poor girl.
