Picky does not tolerate poor performance in her workplace, and when Stephanie ruins a major deal for the company, she must be punished for it. This is why she hires Ella to keep a watch over her incompetent employee. Stephanie will see to her daily tasks in just her top and a crinkly adult diaper. If she does not meet expectations, it is Ella's job to punish her in any way she sees fit. Though definitely an atypical position, Ella is determined to follow through with her orders.
As soon as their boss leaves, Stephanie displays her incompetence. Ella turns her co-worker around and gives her a nice, hard spanking that leaves Stephanie's thighs pink. Satisfied, she sets the diapered girl back to count inventory again. "You know this isn't legal, right?" interrupts Stephanie. Incredulous, Ella argues back, but she is unsure and chooses to do her own research - sure enough, no contract could uphold such a strange disciplinary procedure in the workplace.
This is unacceptable - Ella is being pulled into some very unethical business practices. Clearly the one in need of punishment is their boss. Calling Picky in, Ella plans her punishment. They squabble for a few moments, but eventually Ella gets Picky bent over the desk with her pants down for a severe spanking. She complains throughout, even more so when Ella pulls her to the floor to be diapered. She is left on the ground beneath her formerly employees to ponder her actions.
