Sammy has been slacking when it comes to getting her chores done in a timely manner. As punishment Daddy has left her in the nursery, diapered and handcuffed, and expects her to clean up the messy room. Daddy has threatened far worse punishment if he returns to the nursery and finds it unclean.
Sammy struggles to clean without the use of her hands. She sits on the floor pouting as she contemplates how she will put the toys away. The poor diapered girl humiliates herself using her mouth to pick up blocks and crayons.
To make matters worse, Sammy desperately has to pee as she finishes cleaning. Being unable to leave the room or take her diaper off, Sammy must wet her diaper. She fights against it until the urge is too much and she accidentally wets the diaper. Now she must sit in her wet diaper and wait for Daddy to return.
