Nurse Taylor comes to the nursery ward to check on her patient, Samara. After changing her wet diaper, she tells the doctor the girl has yet to mess her diaper. So, she returns some time later to take her temperature, which of course is done rectally. The lubricant she uses on the thermometer double as a strong laxative, which gives the doctor what he wants - a strong urge for Samara to evacuate and fill her diaper.
