Cici is bound in a bent over position. Her arms tied behind her back and raised up to a rope tied to the ceiling. There is a spreader bar between her feet to keep her in position as well. Mr. W comes into the room and pulls aside her diaper to give her a mini-enema. He then leaves her alone to fill her diaper as intended. All of this could have been avoided if she had simply stopped trying to sneak to the toilet.
